Bobby Ahmadi, DMD
Dr. Bobby Ahmadi grew up in Brookfield, Connecticut for most of his life before attending high school in Park City, Utah. He returned to Connecticut to attend UCONN, where he completed his bachelor’s degree in biological sciences. His stepfather, Dr. Robert Jarrett, a cardiologist at Danbury Hospital, instilled in him at an earlier age the importance of proper health care.
He earned his Doctorate of Dental Medicine degree at Midwestern University just outside of Chicago, Illinois. He is trained in all aspects of dentistry including endodontics, sleep medicine, oral surgery, cosmetic and restorative dentistry, with a special interest in fixed prosthetics and Invisalign.
He is a member of the American Dental Association. He has advanced training in Invisalign from the American Academy of Clear Aligners and cosmetic dentistry from the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
Dr. Ahmadi’s wife, Dr. Shefali Ahmadi, is an optometrist and owner of Darien Eye Care, which is just down the road from our office. They are both excited to be part of the Darien community.
Michael Wiener, DDS
Dr. Michael Wiener has practiced periodontics and implantology since 1995. Dr. Wiener graduated with awards from the State University of New York School of Dental Medicine at Stony Brook, where he also completed a three-year residency in periodontics and implant surgery. Since then, Dr. Wiener has developed as a premier specialist in dental implants. He has written a number of scientific articles in the periodontal literature (including the Journal of Periodontology), on topics such as bone regeneration, diagnosis of periodontal disease, and the host response to periodontal pathogens.
